双侧股骨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁间粉碎性骨折

Treatment of comminuted intercondylar fracture with bilateral buttress plate fixation

目的 总结双侧股骨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁间粉碎骨折经验。方法 应用双侧股骨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折 12例 13肢。结果 12例均获得随访 ,随访 8月～ 17个月 ,所有骨折均骨性愈合。根据Kolmert膝关节功能评定标准 ,优 3肢 ,良 7肢 ,可 2肢 ,差 1肢。结论 该方法操作简便 ,固定牢固 ,可早期活动 。

Objective To investigate the treatment of comminuted femoral intercondylar fracture with bilateral buttress plate fixation. Methods 13 cases of femoral intercondylar fractures were treated with bilateral buttress plate fixation. Results 13 cases were followed up for 8～17 months. All got bony healing. According to Kolmert knee function score system, the results were excellent in 3 cases, good in 7, fair in 2 and poor in 1. Conclusion This method requires simple maniplulation and provides rigid fixation. Early exercise can be permitted. It has high value of clinical application.
