AO斜T型钛钢板治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折21例

Treatment of intra-articular fractures of distal radius by internal fixation with AO declining T-shaped titanium plate in 21 cases

目的 探讨AO斜T型钛钢板治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折的疗效。方法 对 2 1例桡骨远端关节内骨折切开复位 ,应用AO斜T型钛钢板内固定。结果 术后随访 2～ 14个月 ,优 11例 ,良 9例 ,优良率 95 2 4 %。

Objective To evaluate the clinical treatment of intra-articular fractures of distal radius by open reduction and internal fixation with AO declining T-shaped titanium plate. Methods 21 cases of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius were treated by open reduction, internal fixation with AO declining T-shaped titanium plate and early functional exercise. Results All cases were followed up for 2～14 months. The results were excellent in 11 cases and good in 9, and the excellent and good rate was 95.24%. Conclusion It is a reliable way to treat intra-articular fractures of distal radius by open reduction and internal fixation with AO declining T-shaped titanium plate.
