Proximal femoral nail in the treatment of proximal femoral fractures

目的 探讨股骨近端髓内钉 (PFN)治疗股骨近端骨折的疗效。方法 采用PFN内固定治疗 6 0例股骨近端骨折患者。结果 术后随访 5 5例 ,随访时间 7～ 30个月 (平均 12个月 )。 39例骨折接近解剖复位 ,疗效评定优 2 8例 ,良 9例 ,可 2例 ;16例非解剖复位者疗效评定优 5例 ,良 9例 ,可 2例。结论 仔细的外科技术和选择合适的PFN可减少并发症发生的几率。当可以进行不切开骨折部位的闭合复位时 。

Objective To investigate the effect of proximal femoral nail (PFN) in the treatment of proximal femoral fractures. Methods 60 patients with proximal femoral fractures were treated with PFN. Results 55 cases were followed up for 7～30 months(average 12 months). In 39 patients of near anatomic reduction of the main fracture fragments, the results were excellent in 28 cases, good in 9 and fair in 2. In 16 cases of non-anatomic reduction, the results were excellent in 5, good in 9 and fair in 2. Conclusion Careful surgical technique and proper selection of PFN can reduce complication rate. The PFN is a good minimal invasive implant for unstable proximal femoral fractures when closed reduction is possible.
