5例肺癌转移的脑膜癌病的脑脊液细胞学检查

CSF Cytological Examination in 5 Cases of metastasized Meningeal Carcinomatosis fom lung Carcinoma

脑膜癌病是恶性肿瘤中枢神经系统转移的一种少见类型。国内有关脑膜癌病的脑脊液细胞学检查文献报道中,确诊为肺癌转移的例数不多。方氏、王氏报道的共45例脑膜癌病中仅3例确诊为肺癌转移所致。

5 cases of metastasized meningeal carcin- omatosis from lung carcinoma are reported. Their clinical manifestation and results of CSF Cytological examintion are discussed. Among Them, 1 case of metastasized menin- geal carcinomatosis from Bronchiolar-alveolar cell carcinoma and 1 case from large cell undifferentiated carcinoma diagnosed by path- ology. until now, the report about CSF Cyto- logical examination in these coses has not been founel in China.
