非甲非乙型病毒性肝炎患者抗-HCV和HCV-RNA的检测及与透明质酸的关系

Detection of Anti-HCV and HCV-RNA in Non-A, Non-B Hepatitis Patients and Their Correlation with Hyaluronic Acid (HA)

我们检测了197例非甲非乙型病毒性肝炎(HNA-NB)患者血清中的抗-HCV及部分患者血清中的HCV-RNA及透明质酸(HA),现将结果报道如下。

Anti-HCV was tested by ELISA in 197 patienis with non-A, non-B hepatitis. The positivity rate was 19.80% (39 197) and closely correlated with transfusion, clinical types and the time of collecting sample. HCV-RNA and HA were detected in some of the latiets. The result indicates that ant- i-HCV positivity rate was lower that HCV-RNA and that cases heving anti-HCV positivity accompanied with more obvious damage of liver cell.
