摘要 目的:探讨Bolustrack在3DCEMRA中的应用优势。方法:收集32例疑有胸、腹部动脉及颈部动脉病变的患者,使用常规剂量造影剂0.2mmol?kg;8例健康志愿者,使用前者一半的剂量0.1mmol?kg,均在Bolustrack引导下行3DCEMRA扫描,后期利用MIP重建。结果:40例均获得满意的动脉血管影像,满足诊断需要,诊断符合率100%。结论:利用Bolustrack能准确地观察造影剂到达靶血管的峰团时间,抓住动脉期成像的最佳时机,使动脉成像的成功率达到100%;还可以将造影剂用量降到最低。它的应用使3DCEMRA的技术更趋完善。 Objective: To discuss the application value of Bolustrack in three-dimensional contrast-enhanced MRA(3D CE MRA). Methods: Thirty-two patients suspected with thoracic, abdominal and cervical arterial diseases(using Gd-DTPA, dosage 0.2mmolkg) and 8 healthy volunteers(Gd-DTPA, dosage 0.1mmolkg) were performed with 3D CE MRA scanning guided by Bolustrack technique. Results: All cases got satisfied vascular images in arterial phase. The diagnostic coincidence rate is 100%. Conclusions: Bolustrack technique makes it possible to make sure about the optimal enhancement time and to obtain optimal CE MRA images. It also greatly improves the quality of images as well as the accuracy of diagnosis.
