复方褪黑素分散片处方筛选的研究

目的 制备快速起效、服用方便的褪黑素分散片。方法 采用正交设计试验 ,考察处方中各组分的影响因素 ,以崩解时间为指标 ,对该片处方进行筛选。结果 按该方法制备的分散片 ,可在 5 0s内完全崩解 ,分散均匀性试验表明混悬液能过 710nm筛网 ,达到分散片的要求 ,溶出度 5min达到 92 9%。结论 此分散片崩解迅速 ,溶出度高 ,制备工艺简单。
