摘要
以翠冠梨为试材,研究了套袋对其果实货架寿命及生理生化变化的影响,试验结果表明,套袋能提高果实硬度、Vc含量及SOD活性,抑制细胞膜透性、MDA含量、呼吸速率及乙烯释放的迅速增加,从而有利于延缓果实衰老软化,且双层袋效果更好。
The influences of bagging on the shelf lives and physio-biochemical changes in Cuiguan pears during the room temperature storage were studied.The results indicated that bagging treatments could increase fruit firmness,Vc content and SOD activity,inhibit the surge of cell membrane permeability,MDA content,fruit respiration intensity and ethylene production,delay the senescence and softening.The effects of double-layered bags were better.
