摘要
[目的 ]观察注射贴在同一病人静脉输液中扩张局部血管和减轻局部疼痛的效果。 [方法 ]观察比较 40例静脉输液病人使用注射贴前后局部血管外径值、局部疼痛的变化。 [结果 ]使用注射贴后局部血管外径大于使用注射贴前 ,两组比较有统计学意义(P <0 .0 0 1) ;使用注射贴后局部疼痛程度也明显轻于使用前 ,两组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。 [结论 ]静脉输液前使用注射贴可有效扩张局部血管和局部镇痛。
Objective: to observe on the effect of injection plaster on distend local blood vessel and abate local pain for patient undergoing intravenous fluids infusiont. Method: a total of 40 cases who were undergoing intravenous fluids infusion were selected and changes of local blood vessel external diameter and local pain were observed and compared between before and after the use of injection plaster. Result: the local external blood vessel diameter was enlarged after the use of the plaster (P<0.001), and the pain degree of patients was obviously abated by taking it (P<0.001). There were significant differences between before and after the use of the injection plaster in terms of either local blood vessel external diameter or local pain. Conclusion: injection plaster is effective on local blood vessel distending and local analgesia.
