Weishan Local Public Security Bureau Strengthening Police Stations

近年来,巍山县公安局大力加强派出所建设,促进了公安工作的全面发展,其作法是:一、党委思想认识统一,高度重视派出所工作和建设;二、优化警力资源配置,逐步实现警力下沉;三、实施关爱民警工程,让人才留在基层;四、加大基础设施建设,改善派出所工作和生活条件;五、加强派出所民警业务培训,提高民警素质;六、完善派出所考核机制,激发内部活力;七、加大派出所经费保障力度。

Weishan local public security bureau strengthen the construction of police stations, and the work accelerates the improvement of the total work related public security. Their measures are as followed: the Party Committee reaches agreement on improvement of police stations; making use of the police properly and putting more resources in grass-roots; taking some measures to show loving care for the policemen and making them willing to stay at their position of grass-roots; enhancing the development of infrastructure and work and life conditions of police stations; increasing professional training for the policemen and improving their qualities; improving evaluation system of police stations; making efforts in gaining expense to make work running smoothly.
