全面建设小康社会新的实践要求我们以“先进性”的发展思维方式,对现状的认识、做法和关于现状的体制不断进行反思。树立和落实科学发展观,是20多年来改革开放实践的总结,是推进全面建设小康社会的迫切要求。

The new development of the all-round construction of our well-off society is making it urgent for us to self- examine our view ,methods and system of the present situation from a new progressive view of development all the time. To establish and put into practice a scientific view of development is not only the summation of more than 20years of practice of reform and open-up ,but also the urgent need for furthering the all-round construction of a well-off society.
