论当前西部地区国有企业改革

On Current Reform of State-owned Enterprises in West China

国有企业改革是我国市场化改革的基础环节和关键因素,但目前我国西部地区国有企业改革相对滞后,国有企业的总体规模大、质量低、效益差,这种状况严重制约了西部地区的经济改革和发展。为此,作者在分析西部国有企业改革现状和制约因素的基础上,提出了西部国有企业改革的基本思路与对策建议。

The reform of State-owned enterprises is a basis of the market-oriented reform in China. But in west China the reform lags behind that of the east and the performance of State-owned enterprise is very poor. As a result, the economic reform and development of the region is severely restricted. For this reason, this article analyzes the status quo and restrictive factors of the reform, and suggests some related countermeasures.
