摘要
本文介绍了一种新型、实用的喷水织机实时监测系统。系统能对204台喷水织机的各种故障进行实时监测,并能统计各种故障的停机次数和时间,计算织机的效率、产量、剩经等。系统是一种递阶式的二阶计算机管理系统。
The paper displays us a new and a practical real time monitoring system for
water-jet looms, a step increment second order computer management system,
which could carry out real time monitor to various stoppages on 204 water-jet
looms and could count the number of stoppages and the repairing time and calcul-
ate the efficiency, output and warp remainings on looms.
