高吸水树脂包衣对大豆光合作用及水分利用效率的影响 被引量:14

摘要 研究了盆栽条件下两种高吸水树脂(SAM和SA)包衣对大豆光合作用、蒸腾作用及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,经高吸水树脂包衣处理的大豆,出苗期提前12~24h,出苗率提高4.6%~27.3%。两种树脂包衣都表现出促进大豆早期营养生长的作用,导致其生殖生长期的净光合速率均高于对照,有利于作物光合产物的积累,并提高了其生殖生长期的水分利用效率。在效果上,吸水树脂SAM的作用优于SA。在用量上,拌种浓度1%的效果优于3%。 Two kinds of super absorbent polymers, SAM and SA, were coated on soybean seeds under pot culture experiments to investigate their effects on photosynthesis, transpiration and water use efficiency (WUE) of the plants. The results showed that the emergence date of coated soybean was brought forward by 12~24 h, and the emergence rate was improved by 4.6%~27.3%. The coating promoted the early growth of soybean, resulting in the improvement of net photosynthetic rate and the increase of photosynthetic production accumulation and water use efficiency. It was also found that the effect of absorbent polymer SAM was superior to that of SA, and the concentration of 1% was more effective than 3%.
