随着我国经济结构的调整,我国就业的产业结构、素质结构和所有制结构将发生变化,出现结构性失业现象。为此,我们应从培育新经济增长点、加强再就业培训、发展第三产业以及非公有制企业等方面提出具体的解决结构性失业的对策。

As the nation readjusts its economic structure, the industrial structure of the employment, quality structure and ownership structure will all encounter changes. The structural unemployment will be unavoidable. Therefore, we should consider all the factors that can help work out new strategies and detailed tactics to tackle the structural unemployment, including fostering new economic growth areas, reinforcing reemployment training, development of the tertiary industry and non-public-owned enterprises.
