In the new age, the institutions of higher learning should set up and implement scientific outlook of recruiting Party members from young people. We should be fully aware of importance of admitting prominent college students into our Party. Great efforts will be made in the education and cultivation of the students, and in the meanwhile, quality of the candidates will be emphasized. Only in this way can we train more qualified builders of the socialist cause for our country.
