摘要
将 8 0只雄性昆明小鼠 ,随机分为照射对照组和补充大豆异黄酮 (IS) 0 .2 %、0 .5 %、1 .0 % (质量分数 ) 3个实验组 ,喂养两周后 ,7.0Gyγ射线照射 ,观察各组小鼠在 30d内的活存率。另取雄性昆明小鼠 30只 ,随机分为正常组、对照组和补充 0 .5 %IS组 ,喂养两周后 ,4 .0Gyγ射线照射 ,于照射前 3d和照射后 6、1 0、1 7、2 5和 30d观察外周血像。结果补充 0 .5 %IS组的小鼠 30d的活存率为 6 0 % ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,照射 6d后的血红细胞、白细胞、淋巴细胞水平及淋巴细胞占白细胞的百分比均明显高于对照组水平。说明大豆异黄酮具有抗辐射的作用 ,膳食中补充质量分数 0 .5
To study the effect of soybean isoflavones(SI) on anti-radiation, 80 male mice were randomly divided into radiated group, radiated plus 0.2% SI group, radiated plus 0.5% SI group and radiated plus 1.0% SI group. After 2-week feeding, the mice received 7.0Gy γ-radiation and the average survival rate in 30 days was observed. 30 male mice were randomly divided into control group, radiated group and radiated plus 0.5% SI group. After 2-week feeding, the mice received 4.0Gy γ-radiation. The peripheral hemogram was observed on the 3th day before and the 6th,10th,17th,25th and 30th day after radiation. The 30d survival rate of mice supplied with 0.5% SI was 60% ,and it was significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.05). The peripheral hemogram of mice supplied with 0.5% SI was significantly improved, and white cells, red bleed cells, lymphocytes, lymphocyte percentage were significantly higher than that of radiated control on the 6th day after radiation. The soybean isoflavones of 0.5% dose could signifycantly increase anti-radiation ability.
