肝原性糖尿病人血浆氨基酸谱改变及分析

Changes and Analysis of Plasm Aminogram in Hepatogenic Diabetes Patients

为探讨肝原性糖尿病人血浆氨基酸谱变化特点 ,对 6 0例病人进行 1 7种氨基酸检测和支芳比值分析 ,并设立慢性肝病组和糖尿病组作两两对照。结果显示 :观察组血浆芳香族氨基酸增高 ,部分支链氨基酸下降 ;支芳比值降低。成糖氨基酸中缬氨酸改变明显 ,与两组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :肝原性糖尿病人血浆氨基酸代谢紊乱 ,与慢性肝病、糖尿病改变均不同 ,在进行保肝治疗和营养支持时要针对其特点 。

To study characteristic changes of plasm aminogram in hepatogenic diabete patients,17 plasm amino acids were detected and branched-chain and aromatic amino acid ratio (BAAA /AAA) was analysed in 60 patients and they were compared with those of 54 patients with chronic hepatopathy and 40 patients with diabetes. The results showed that AAA increased in hepatogenic diabetes patients ,but parts of BAAA decreased. The BAAA/AAA dropped. The variation of glycogenic amino-acid was significantly different from that of two other groups(P<0.05). The plasm amino-acid metabolism was abnormal in hepatogenic diabete patients and it is necessary to supplement amino acid and energy scientifically and reasonably.
