摘要
企业在进行战略联盟时,必须以培育和提升企业核心竞争力为中心。动态核心竞争力与战略联盟是相互促进协调发展的有机整体,企业在实施战略联盟过程中理应围绕着核心竞争力而展开,目的是寻找培育和提升核心竞争力的关键所在,为企业缔结战略联盟提出新的途径。
When forming strategic alliance, firms must focus on fostering and enhancing their core competitiveness. Dynamic core competitiveness and strategic alliance are an organic whole that promotes each other and develops harmoniously: firms should center on core competitiveness when conducting strategic-alliance process with the aim of seeking the key to fostering and enhancing core competitiveness and providing firms with new ways of building strategic alliance.
