含铬废水的氢氧化镁净化研究 被引量:34

摘要 探讨了氢氧化镁水处理剂处理含铬酸性废水的机理和影响因素,并对吸附产物的组成进行了粉末X衍射分析.结果表明:用氢氧化镁处理酸性含铬工业废水,操作简便,去除率高,能够达到国家排放标准.氢氧化镁对铬的吸附为化学吸附,其饱和吸附量为0 5402g/g.氢氧化镁回收后,经轻烧处理变成氧化镁,仍可以用于处理含铬工业废水,且可以多次使用. The treatment of wastewater containing chromium ion using a water treatment reagent of Mg(OH)_2 was studied, and the mechanism and effect conditions of the treatment was examined, and the adsorbed substance was analyzed using the XRD method. The results indicate that Mg(OH)_2 has an excellent performance including easy operation,super removing rate, etc. In the treatment of acidic wastewater, this method is easy to be up to the national standard. The saturation adsorbing capability of Mg(OH)_2 of 0.540 2g/g was achieved,Furthermore, the used Mg(OH)_2 still can be used to treat wastewater repeatedly with a better effectiveness when it is changed into MgO in high temperature.
