摘要
研制了一种利用真空气压原理进行活鱼提升的机械,并对该机的活鱼提升性能进行了试验,测定了活鱼提升的吸程、压力、流量等技术参数,确定了鱼水比、鱼损率等性能指标。结果表明,该提鱼机完全满足活鱼提升的特殊要求。在吸程为3 5~7 0m的范围内,鱼水比为1∶1 0时,提升效率较高,活鱼提升量为12~43t/h;可提升最大个体的体长为450mm,体重为2kg;鱼损率为0。
In this study, a new type of fish pump was designed and experimented. The lifting height, pressure, and flow rate of the fish pump were tested, and fish-water ratio and fish loss ratio determined. The experiments shown that when the fish-water ratio was 1∶1.0, the fish pump could be more efficient, and the pump could suck up about 12-43 tons of live fish per hour and its lifting height was about 3.5-7.0 m, the maximum body weight of fish was about 2 kg and maximum body length was 450 mm, the fish loss ratio was zero.
