摘要
日本零售企业的跨国经营始于20世纪50年代,并经历了许多发展阶段。从历史上看,日本零售企业的跨国经营受许多因素的影响,特别是海外“飞地市场”的存在、亚洲“中产阶层”的出现、以及中间流通系统的现状等,直接影响了日本零售企业跨国经营的时机与模式。系统分析日本零售企业跨国经营的影响因素,对研究零售企业跨国经营的一般规律具有重要意义。
Starting their transnational operation since the 1950s,the retail businesses of Japan have undergone various developmental phases. Viewed historically,the transnational operation of the retail businesses of Japan has been influenced by many different factors,such as,especially,the existence of markets in overseas exclaves, the rise of 搈iddle class?in Asia,and the current situation of the intermediate circulation system,which have exerted direct influences upon the occasion and modes of the transnational operation of Japanese retail businesses. Systematic analyses of the impacts upon the transnational operation of Japanese retail businesses will greatly benefit the study of the general patterns of retail businesses?transnational operation.
