As vacation tourism culture develops, libraries in colleges and universities are in greater demand from people outside during vacations , which makes a great challenge for the library management . However, the libraries could and should take advantages of their superiority to open up a new field in service. If they are opened properly and orderly to the society during vacations, not only can they play a greater role in carrying out ' the country development through science and education ' policy , but also they can provide an opportunity of development and innovation for themselves.
