Development of Social Economy is consistent with human being′s development in essence. The Market Economy of Socialism has close relation with human being′s complete development. They are condition each other, help each other, and development mutually. On one hand, the Market Economy of Socialism requires human being′s complete development, and supplies the latter with political, economic and ideological presuppositions. On the other hand, human being's complete development has important significance to the development of the Socialist Market Economy.
