Locate reasonably,change views to realize the aim of educating talents

高等教育正朝着大众化、国际化的方向发展,校与校之间存在着合作与竞争的关系;1999年以来,高校扩招迅速,教学资源明显不足。面对这种形势,高校的管理者必须以求真务实的精神,对学校进行合理定位,明确人才培养目标。在办学过程中,要解放思想,树立开放办学、资源共享的观念,树立依法治校、以德治校的观念,树立竞争的观念,实现高校的人才培养目标和社会价值。

Higher education is developing in the direction of popularity and internationality.The relation between universities is both cooperative and competitive.Since 1999,universities and colleges have been enlarging recruiting students.Teaching energy is not enough.In this situation,managers should locate their school reasonably and establish the aim of educating talents with realistic attitude.They should change their views and establish views of managing school open and sharing energy,views of governing school open and sharing energy,views of governing school by both laws and morals,views of competition to realize the aim of educating talents and social value of colleges and universities.
