摘要
在道家的管理思想中 ,最值得发扬的是 :以人为本的组织文化 ,清静宽松的组织环境和公平公正的组织关系。从组织行为学的理论和学科体系去透视和阐述道家管理伦理思想 ,不仅可以促进组织行为学的中国化 ,而且有利于道家管理伦理思想更加体系化 ,更加彰显其独到的管理伦理意蕴 ,从而进一步使道家管理伦理思想符合现代化发展的需要 。
In the Taoist management,the most value to be developed is organizational culture which based on people,quiet and relaxable organization environment,fair and just membership. By using the visual angle of organization behaviouristics to annotate this valuable culture resource not only can promote the China-lization of the organization behaviouristics, what's more important,but also can make the Taoist management ethics thought more systematic,therefore,can clear visualize its original management ethics and make Taoist management ethics thought accord with the need of modernization development.
