周德清与钟嗣成同为元代杰出的曲学家。二人的两部剧曲论著《中原音韵》与《录鬼簿》 ,在元曲立意和文辞上 ,有大致相同的美学要求。然而 ,又存在着很大的差异。

ZHOU De-qing and ZHONG Si-cheng were outstanding experts of Song study in Yuan Dynasty They had same life and era background There are two treatises of Drama and Song that the two people made as the greatest contribution for the later people:Central Plains's Harmonious Sounds and Record Spirits Book. On Yuan Song's conception and diction, they put forward thoroughly a same aesthetic request. But there are important differences between them.On this basis, the author trys to probe into the cause of these differences between them.
