摘要
研究了16名青少年女子铅球运动员以不同方式进行3周赛前减量训练时,腰腹肌群和膝关节屈伸肌群力量与专项运动能力的变化情况。结果表明:减量60%组运动员(175.5±9.5)cm、(84.9±13.7)kg、(15.7±1.2)yrs运动成绩提高的幅度(3.7%)较减量20%组运动员(175.7±4.5)cm、(90.7±19.1)kg、(16.3±1.8)yrs运动成绩提高的幅度(2.9%)大。训练量减少的幅度影响运动员机能变化周期的长短,减量少时最佳成绩出现的晚些(减量后第3周),减量多则最佳成绩出现的早(减量后第2周)。
