非开挖铺管技术是在不开挖地面的情况下,准确而快捷地穿越城市通路、铁路、建筑物、河流等地段铺设和更换地下管线的一项新技术本文结合穿越合肥南淝河管道工程的实践。

Non-digging laying technique is a new practice to accurately and quickly lay and change underground pipeline crossing roads,railways,buildings and rivers without cutting the grounds.This paper discussed the non-digging directional drilling and laying technique with a pipeline engineering crossing the South Fei River as example.
