摘要
越界采矿是常见的矿产资源违法案件,但理论上对此缺乏研究。本文对越界采矿的概念、违法构成、法律特征、法律责任及其对越界采矿的控制诸方面进行了探讨。
Cross-border mining is a commonly seen case breaking the law of mineral resources,but there is insufficient study of it in view of theory.This paper discussed the conception,illegal composition,legal characteristics,legal responsibility of cross-border mining and the control over it.
