摘要
针对目前旅游业宏观规划缺乏系统方法指导的现状,文章尝试将工商管理中战略管理的方法引入到旅游规划中,对现有的一些旅游规划方法进行整合,提出了地方旅游业实施战略规划的一般模式和方法。该模式包括:外部环境分析和内部结构辨识;RMP分析;旅游区位分析;制定长期目标和树立阶段性目标;旅游战略重组;反馈等6个步骤。同时,文章以贵州省镇远县为例,将该方法在其旅游规划中进行了操作性的应用。
Strategic planning as a macro_planning of tourism is very important for the development of the local tourism. Till now, there's no systematic method to apply strategic planning on tourism. In this article, the author use the methods of strategic management for reference and put forward the process of strategic planning of tourism as follows: analysis of the extra_environment and discrimination of the intra_structure; RMP analysis; location analysis; set long_range goals for tourism and short_range goals for every stages; strategic reconstruction of local tourism; feedback.
