摘要
本文通过对并条机压力棒包围弧、前罗拉钳口反包围弧以及前、二罗拉握持距的计算和试验分析,指出产生硬块疵点的主要原因是由于第一罗拉上的反包围弧使须条上的牵伸力和握持力不协调所致。提出稳定和提高纱线条干水平、减少硬块疵点所要考虑的主要参数,从而保证了压力棒用于高速并条机上能获得优质高产的效果。
Through calculations and experimental analyses concerned, the paper Points out
that the thickness faults are caused by the effect of the first roller countwrapping
arc which makes the uncoordination between the drafting and gripping forces on
fibre strand, and puts forward some basic parameters for improving the yarn ev-
enness and reducing the thickness faults in order to gain qualified products from
high speed drawing frame with pressure bar.
