Low temperature solid-state reaction route to Cu_2O nanocrystalline

摘要 本论文基于绿色化学的思想,运用低温固相反应实验技术成功地实现了氧化亚铜纳米晶的制备。用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对所得产物进行了表征,并对氧化亚铜棒状结构的形成机理做了初步探讨。 Cu_2O nanocrystallines have successfully been synthesized by solid-state reaction route, based on green chemistry. The as-obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The growth mechanism of the Cu_2O nanorods was also discussed.
