晶种辅助法控制合成CdS纳米棒

Controlled synthesis of CdS nanorods by seed-meditated growth method

摘要 本论文以CS2为硫源,首先在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)胶束中制备CdS纳米棒品种,然后利用晶种辅助法实现了不同长径比的CdS纳米棒制备。实验结果表明晶种辅助生长法能否成功与晶种在反应体系中溶解特性有很大关系。 Different aspect ratio CdS nanorods have been synthesized by CTAB micelle route,using CS_2 as sulfur source. Experiments indicated solubility of as-obtained crystals in reaction system played a critical role in controlled synthesis by seed-meditated growth method.
