摘要
从电子政务产品的概念出发,总结了电子政务产品和生产过程的特点,并从评估主体、对象、内容、标准、结果运用等方面对电子政务质量评估进行了分析,力求对电子政务产品进行科学、合理的质量评估,以利于改进电子政务的实施,实现政府部门工作的持续改进。
A scientifical and rational quality evaluation to E-government products facilitates improving the implementation of the E-government and perfecting government department work. Beginning with the concept of the E-government products, the characteristics of the products and production process are summarized. And E-government quality evaluation with respect to subject, target, content, standard and result, is investigated.
