我国社区就业存在巨大的发展潜力,如何通过有意识地发展社区服务业以促进再就业成为当前各级政府部门的重要工作任务,是理论界关注的热点问题。通过对济南市失业女性社区就业的基本状况、社会支持网络和再就业过程中遇到的困难等问题的分析,来探讨目前我国失业女性社区就业的现状,推动我国社区服务事业和再就业工程更好地向前发展。

There is a great potential in the community employment in China.It is the government's important task, as well as a hot issue to enhance the reemployment through developing consciously the service sector in the community.Discussing the current employment status of unemployed women by analyzing the status in Jinan,the social supportive network and the difficulty in the reemployment process may promote the service sector in the community and the reemployment project.
