摘要
思想政治工作是一门科学。新时期要加强和改进思想政治工作 ,增强时代感、实效性和针对性 ,必须推动理论创新、探索规律性和提高国民的思想政治素质为目标 ,以全力增强思想政治工作的科学性。
To strengthen and improve the ideological and political work by heightening its sense of times, actual effect and aim, we must press ahead with theoretical innovation, explore the regularity of the work and enhance its scientificity with the aim of improving the ideological and political qualities of the people.
