英语口语体的语言特征分析——基于口语语料的研究 被引量:11

摘要 本文以329篇英语口语语料为基础,对英语口语体的语言特征进行了分析。研究结果显示:1)英语口语体中存在大量的重复现象;2)句子短,有不少非句子作为口语交际的语言单位;3)一般现在时和一般过去时的使用频率较高;4)代词使用多,其中第一人称代词使用最多;5)缩略形式用得比较多;6)从话语轮换的角度看,语篇虚词使用频率比较高;7)介词短语使用比较多,这一发现不同于一些文献中的说法。 A corpus-based linguistic analysis is made of spoken English. The results of the analysis show that 1) spoken English has a large amount of repetition; 2) the sentences of spoken English are very short and there are a lot of non-sentences; 3) the simple present tense and simple past tense have high occurrences; 4) a lot of pronouns are used in spoken English and the most frequently used are first person pronouns; 5) spoken English has a lot of abbreviations; 6) from the perspective of turning-taking, the occurrences of discourse particles are relatively high in spoken English; 7) spoken English has a lot of prepositional phrases, which is contradictory to some claims in the literature.
