摘要
企业核心能力的概念自提出以来倍受理论界和实践者们的关注,但众说纷纭无疑使这一理论的发展面临巨大的挑战。本文在综述有关核心能力的界定及其识别、评价方法的基础上,对核心能力进行再认识,提出了一些亟待解决的问题,旨在引起研究者们对这些问题的探讨,推动企业核心能力理论的完善。并通过对国内外研究的比较分析,明确我国在该领域的差距,从而促进核心能力理论在我国的应用与发展。
Since the concept of core competence of the corporation was put forward, it has aroused great interest of theorists and practicians. However, different opinions induce big challenge to the development of this theory. Based on a survey of its relevant definitions and methods of identification and evaluation, this paper lists several unsolved questions. It aims to stimulate researchers' echo and propel the improvement of the theory of core competence. Through comparative analysis, it defines the differences between our country and western countries in this field, which will speed up the application and development of the theory of core competence in China.
