International Capital Flows and Financial Crisis Prevention: The Analyzing Angle from Capital Flight

本文分析了不同类型的资本外逃在有关国家金融危机中的表现和成因,测算了我国资本外逃规模。我国资本外逃的原因复杂,资本外逃的途径也是五花八门,手法繁多,并对国内经济带来了诸多负面影响。我国治理资本外逃的对策,应是标本兼治,既要建立健全长期内消除资本外逃的制度环境,又要在短期内构筑和完善资本管理的办法,加大对非法资本外逃的打击力度。

This article studies the impact of different types capital flight on related countries during financial crisis. It also discusses the major reasons behind China's capital flight and by which means the capital flight from China, we find capital flight in China even erode it's economy base and becomes a threat to China's financial stability.To refrain the trend, China needs to take comprehensive measures in the long run and short run.
