'One country, two systems' is a great thought which was posed by Deng Xiaoping creatively according to the situation at home and abroad and on basis of the reality of China and the need of modernization consumption of socialist. 'One country, two systems' includes 'one country, two legal systems' logically. It not only has character of law, but also it is embodied in the systems confirmed by legal norms. 'One country, two systems' developes the law thought of Maxism creatively, and plays a great role in launching the legal construction of our country.
