Analyses and Investigation of the Downriver Minimum Flow-rate of Yuxi Water Power Station Dam

根据瓯江丽水段(龙泉溪)的水资源分布情况和玉溪水库水资源利用特点,对水库下游河道的水环境质量进行了一些分析研究和探讨,并对下游河道生态、航运、灌溉、景观等需水量进行了分析,重点对水库下泄流量进行了预测,并提出了水库下游最小下泄流量的确定方法,拟订对策措施与建议.

This paper in accordance with the water resources distribution to Lishui section(Longquan Xi) of Oujiang River and the using of water resources of Yuxi reservoir,analyses and investigates the water environment quality to the downriver channel of the reservoirs.It also analyses the requirement amount of water toward the downriver channel environment,the shipping,the irrigation and the landscape.The paper emphases the flow-rate forecast of the reservoir,brings forward the confirm method of the minimum flow-rate in the downriver channel of the reservoir,the countermeasure and the advice.
