员工流失是多种因素共同作用的结果,面对企业发展的客观要求,小型服务企业的经营者应结合企业的特点和发展要求,转变经营观念,逐步规范企业管理,重视员工在企业中的地位和作用,提高人力资源管理水平,关心员工的需求与成长,加强与员工的交流与沟通,稳定员工队伍,促进员工与企业的共同发展。
