摘要
提高我国大学的就业率应采取以下措施:改革工作模式,建立全员参与就业的新机制;优化培养模式,实施个性化人才培养的新方案;突出技能培养,开辟产学结合与职业培训的新途径;增强服务意识,积极开拓多元化就业的新渠道等。
In order to raise the employment rate of the graduates of the colleges and universities in our country, the following measures should be adopted: reform the working pattern and establish a new employment system of the staff's participation; perfect the student training pattern and carry out a new design for fostering the personalized graduates; put the emphasis on technical training and pioneer a new rout of combining the production with learning; enhance the service consciousness and actively search for new channels of multiple ways for employment.
