摘要
对天津锅炉厂82年制造的卧式蒸汽锅炉中的δ14mm的20g进行了试验,并做了化学成分和金相组织。找出泄漏原因为炉壳结垢较厚,使导热不良,造成钢板温度较高,产生珠光体球化,使力学性能降低,导致在应力集中的部位产生裂纹,并扩展开裂。
20 g of δ14 mm used for horizontal type steam boiler made in 1982 by TianJin boiler plant are tested by us in the article and have done chemical composition and microstructure. The scale of furnace shell form is thicker. It make heat conduction poor cause the temperature of steel plate higher and produce pearlite spheroidization make mechanical property decrease lead to produce crack in stress concentration part and expander tearing are leakage reason.
