外加磁场对光折变效应空间电荷场的影响

Effect of externally applied magnetic field on the space-charge fields in photorefractive crystals

摘要 从“跳跃模型”出发,给出有磁场情况下的跳跃方程及稳态情况下空间电荷场的解。利用数值计算给出了不同调制度下稳态空间电荷场的模、实部、虚部和辐角与磁场的关系。 Using the 'Hopping Model', the analytical solutions of the space-charge field fundamental harmonics in the presence of an externally applied magnetic field are presented. According to the solution to saturation space-charge field, the authors derive the relations of the modulus, the real part, the imaginary part and the phase angle of the saturation space-charge field versus magnetic field γB for different modulation depths m numerically.
