生物技术属于高新技术,它的健康发展需要法律的保障和规范。调整生物技术的法律应当包括:对生物资源的保护,对生物基础研究的支持,对生物技术的知识产权保护,对生物技术产业的促进,以及对生物技术安全和伦理问题的积极回应。
Biotechnology is a kind of high technology, its sound development requires legal protection and the control of law. The legal system of Biotechnology Includes the protection of bionological resouces, the surport for basic bionological research, the protection for intellectual property rights of Biotechnology, the promotion for biotechnological industry and the active reaction for biotechnological safety and ethical problems.
