摘要
在作物杂种优势利用中普通核雄性不育性有着独特的优越性 ,但其不育系繁殖问题需要解决。通过利用普通核雄性不育性的可育基因 ,或利用人工核雄性不育性的不育基因和可育基因 ,借助位点特异性重组技术和遗传转化 ,可能实现普通核雄性不育系的商业化繁殖。
Spontaneous or artificial genic male sterile lines would be the best genetic tool for hybrid seed production if their problem in multiplication could be solved and uniform male sterile lines were available. Some strategies were suggested in this paper to obtain such lines by means of site-specific recombination and the transformation of spontaneous or artificial genic male sterile and fertile genes.
