摘要
研究了由大豆粗酶转化异丁香酚制备香草醛的方法 ,对转化条件进行了优化 ,并研究了H2 O2 、和吸附剂的影响 ,在优化后的条件下转化 36h产物浓度达 2 .4 6 g/L ,摩尔转化率为 13.2 7%。
The method for preparing vanillin from isoeugenol by enzymatic conversion with crude enzyme extracted from soybean was studied. Conversion conditions were optimised, and the effects of H 2O 2 and activated carbon on conversion were investigated. Under the optimum conditions for 36h enzymatic conversion, the vanillin concentration reached its maximum of 2.46 g/L, corresponding to a molar yield of 13.27%.
