摘要
从压缩机电机端盖的冲压工艺分析入手 ,介绍了电机端盖冲裁和拉伸工艺设计 ,包括各工序的顺序、确定工序件尺寸、模具设计制造及模具的调试、使用、维护。充分利用拉伸、反拉伸交替进行的方法 ,抵消拉伸产生的残余应力 ,提高拉伸成形的可靠性 。
On the basis of the analysis of the compressor motor cover structure,the design of the stamping and drawing process for the motor cover is introduced,including determination of the operation sequence and operation position parts'dimensions,design and manufacture of the die,and testing,using and maintenance of the die.The operations of drawing and reverse drawing are conducted alternatively to set off the residual stress produced from drawing,increase the shaping reliability and ensure the product quality.
